Benefits of Membership

Members receive special direct mail announcements such as invitations, newsletters, postcards, etc. announcing events sponsored by the Guild. Members who are practicing artists may display their art and offer it for sale at the Gallery, with no commission charged, and they may utilize the classroom space for a small fee. Members also receive a 20% discount on art supplies at the Gallery. Artist members may have their web sites linked to our site. Non-artists enjoy the benefit of knowing they help bring visual art to a growing community and improve the overall quality of life for area residents through the efforts of the Southern Heartland Art Guild and Gallery. All members can participate in a variety of volunteer activities throughout the year. Annual membership is based on a calendar year from the time you join. The guild is supported by individual and corporate memberships and grants.
